Day 1 (Saturday, 24 May 2014): JAKARTA – KUALA LUMPUR
Flight Airasia to Kuala Lumpur departure at 18.50 and arrival at 21.50. Check in hotel Tune.

Day 2 (Sunday, 25 May 2014): KUALA LUMPUR – HANOI – LAO CAI (B,L)
Early morning at 04.30 transfer to airport. Breakfast box will be provided. Flight Airasia to Hanoi departure at 06.15 and arrival at 08.15. Meet and greet at airport and have city tour of Hanoi. Lunch at local restaurant. Late afternoon transfer to train station for boarding night train at 21.30 to Lao Cai.

Day 3 (Monday, 26 May 2014): LAO CAI - SAPA - BASE CAMP (B,L,D)
Arrival Lao Cai at 07.10 and continue to Sapa. Breakfast will be served at Sapa then transfer to starting gate of Mt. Fansipan passing through H’mong tribe village. Start trekking Mt. Fansipan to base camp. Lunch will be provided enroute. Continue through bamboo forest to base camp at altitude of 1.650 m above sea level. Dinner and overnight at campsite.

Day 4 (Tuesday, 27 May 2014): SUMMIT - BASE CAMP (B,L,D)
Breakfast at campsite. Proceed down to the valley for summit attacking to the Roof of Indochina. Estimated time of reaching the summit at noon where lunch will be prepared. Afterward down back to base camp for dinner and overnight at camp site.

Day 5 (Wednesday, 28 May 2014): BASE CAMP – SAPA (B,L)
Breakfast at camp site. Climb down to starting gate and drive to Sapa. Lunch at local restaurant then transfer to Lao Cai for boarding night train to Hanoi.

Day 6 (Thursday, 29 May 2014): HANOI – JAKARTA (B)
Arrival Hanoi at 05.00. Breakfast at local restaurant then transfer to airport for flight back to Jakarta via Kuala Lumpur departure at 09.20 and arrival at 17.45

1. Participants should holding Passport with minimum validity of 6 months since the date of arrival.
2. NO special climbing skill is required, yet the participants should be physically and mentally fit for long climbing time and high altitude with cold weather. Preparation like jogging for 30 minutes a day is suitable.
3. Please consult your doctor if you have a history of suffering from the following ailments: heart disease, hypertension, chronic asthma, peptic ulcer, severe anemia, diabetes, epileptic fits, arthritis, palpitation, hepatitis, muscular cramps, obesity and any other sickness that may be triggered by severe cold, exertion and high altitude.
4. We will not be held liable or responsible for failure to execute climbing arrangements specified herein directly or indirectly occasioned or through or in consequence of war, strikes, riots or conditions beyond the control. We will take NO responsibility for any injury or death caused by natural disaster or other force major conditions.
5. We have the right to cancel or postpone the climbing because of bad weather or any natural disaster such as landslide, flood, earthquake, etc
