| 1. | Acceptance of Terms | ||
| 1.1 | By accessing and using TRIPTRUS.COM services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of the following Terms of Service (TOS), which may be updated from time to time without notice to you | ||
| 1.2 | You understand that the TOS is binding in all parts, pages and services, both private and public, of TRIPTRUS.COM. | ||
| 1.3 | You accept and agree that TRIPTRUS.COM may, without prior notice, immediately terminate, limit your access to or suspend your TRIPTRUS.COM account for breaches or violations of the TOS or other incorporated agreements or guidelines. | ||

| 2.2 | If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or TRIPTRUS.COM has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, TRIPTRUS.COM has the right to, without prior notice, suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of TRIPTRUS.COM Services (or any portion thereof). | ||

| 3.1 | TRIPTRUS.COM takes your privacy seriously and takes reasonable steps to protect your information. TRIPTRUS.COM will open your information only when: (a) required by you, yourself, and only for the on-going operation of TRIPTRUS.COM services, and (b) when TRIPTRUS.COM is required by law, in which a court order is provided in accordance to the Laws of Indonesia (Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia). | ||

If TRIPTRUS.COM has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, TRIPTRUS.COM has the right to, without prior notice, suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of TRIPTRUS.COM services (or any portion thereof). | ||

| 4.4 | You shall not delete or otherwise alter information given by other User in TRIPTRUS.COM. Apart from this term, TRIPTRUS.COM may appoint a number of Users to act as Moderators with the right to alter or delete information displayed publicly on TRIPTRUS.COM website that violates the TOS. | ||
| 4.5 | You accept and agree that TRIPTRUS.COM may not display your Trip, or delete your displayed Trip, with or without notice. | ||
| 5. | User Interaction | ||
| 5.1 | You are required to maintain caution when interacting with another User in all areas of TRIPTRUS.COM website. You accept and agree that any information, instruction or advice given and/or posted by Users on all areas of TRIPTRUS.COM website is not related to TRIPTRUS.COM policy or opinion. All information given and/or posted on all areas of TRIPTRUS.COM websites are not guaranteed to be accurate and represent only the opinion of the corresponding User. | ||
| 5.2 | You are required to maintain caution when having direct contact and/or joining or creating Trips. TRIPTRUS.COM does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of information from Users. You accept and agree that all the risk of direct contact and/or joining and creating trips are your sole responsibility. | ||
| 6. | User Conduct | ||
| 6.1 | You agree to never upload, post or send information through TRIPTRUS.COM which: | ||
| - | contains another person's personal information without that person's consent; | ||
| - | offend, insult or abuse any individual, ethnic group, organization, religion and/or race, whether explicitly or implicitly; | ||
| - | can be categorized as pornography according to Statute of Law No. 44 2008 regarding Pornography (UU No. 44 Tahun 2008 tentang Pornografi); | ||
| - | you do not have the right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships, including but not limited to inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements; | ||
| - | infringes any patent trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights of any party; | ||
| - | can be categorized as not public information according to Statute of Law No. 14 2008 regarding Public Information (UU No. 14 Tahun 2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik); and/or; | ||
| - | contains virus, damaged data or software or other kinds of programs that can disrupt the functionality of TRIPTRUS.COM website and/or any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment | ||
| 6.2 | You agree to never post or send any kind of survey, contest, MLM, junk mail, chain letters or spam | ||
| 6.3 | You agree to never falsify, mislead or abuse your affiliation with any other individual or organization in any form. | ||
| 6.4 | You agree to never forge, delete or otherwise alter attributes, certification or any other kind of proprietary sign from any source material on all areas of TRIPTRUS.COM | ||
| 6.5 | You agree to never offend, insult, abuse or harass other Users in all areas or TRIPTRUS.COM website. | ||
| 6.6 | You agree to never collect and/or keep personal information from other Users without consent. | ||
| 6.7 | You agree to never use TRIPTRUS.COM services in any activity that may be illegal in accordance to all statutes of regional, national and international law. | ||
| 7. | Violation | ||
| 7.1 | If you committed a violation of the TOS, TRIPTRUS.COM may, with or without prior notice, terminate your account, including but not limited to trips, log, forum post and gallery, and any other information related to your account. | ||
| 7.2 | You accept and agree that TRIPTRUS.COM reserves the right to delete or otherwise alter any information on all areas of TRIPTRUS.COM website that might be harmful to TRIPTRUS.COM. | ||
| 7.3 | If you committed a harmful violation, TRIPTRUS.COM may press charges for reparation of damages, in which you may be held accountable for all losses, both material and non-material, that TRIPTRUS.COM might have suffered. | ||
| 8. | Indemnity | ||
| You agree to indemnify and hold TRIPTRUS.COM and its entirety harmless from any claim or demand, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arousing out of your violation of the TOS, your violation of any rights of another or your violation of any statute of law. | |||
| 9. | Disclaimer of Warranties | ||
