Terms and Conditions:
* Order and Payment
- Price is a subject to change prior to reservation.
- Hotel reservation, transportation, etc. will be served after down payment is received.
- Down payment shall be made not later than 2 days after the receipt of price quotation and invoice from Akshaya Tour.
- Minimum down payment is 50% of the total tour package value.
- Down payment is non refundable.
- Full payment shall be made not later than 3 days prior to departure.
- Failing to made such full payment as billed on the invoice will cancel the tour and down payment will not be refunded.
- Tour member who order tickets for a tour ticket and plane, train and speed boat shall make full payment for the plane, train and speed boat.
- In the event of changes to departure date, route and number of tour member after down payment had been made, any cost will be adjusted in accordance with the quantity and availability and policy of the relevant parties (hotel, transportation, accommodation and any other partners of Akshaya Tour at the destination). *not applicable for seat in coach tour
- Changes to departure date, route and number of tour member shall be made not later than 14 days prior to stated departure date. *not applicable for seat in coach tour

* Cancellation
- In the event of cancellation by tour member prior to departure date because of preclusion, sickness, etc., the payment for such cancelled tour will not be refunded
- Cancellation of plane ticket, and other transportation will be refunded in accordance with the procedure of the relevant provider
- Cancellation to accomodation (hotel/venue) may only be replaced with equal or higher value than the previous tour value
- Cancellation due to force majeure/unexpected/unavoidable such as natural disaster, riot, terrorisme, etc, the refund policy
will be in accordance with the procedure of the relevant airline, hotel, transportation and any other partners of Akshaya Tour at the destination

Any tour member who make cancellation is a subject to the following condition:
- Cancellation within 30 – 15 days prior to departure, will be refunded 25% of the tour package value
- Cancellation within 14 – 0 days prior to departure, no refund

* Akshaya Tour is not liable and cannot be charged against:
- Any damages due to delay caused by tour member.
- Any unused package during tour due to preclusion or illness, no refund.
- Delay or cancellation of ight and any event caused by airline. It shall be deemed beyond Akshaya Tour control.
- Any accident, damages, losses and delay against the baggage is the responsibility of the airline.
- Any mortality from sickness, accident, etc. during tour.
- Losses against personal belonging (camera, bag, jewelry, etc.), airport or hotel locker.
- Losses against tour equpment. And the responsible tour member will be fully charged.

* Akshaya Tour reserved the right
- In the event of force majeure/unexpected/unavoidable such as natural dissater, riot, terrorism, etc., Akshaya Tour may
change the tour plan without any prior notification, either the tour or its schedule. Changes will be made with respect to the enjoyment and safety of tour member. No refund for any unused packaged due to force majeure circumstances.
- Expelled any tour member who deemed as ruiner. The expelled ruiner shall leave with own cost and absolutely no refund
- Akshaya Tour is entitled to charge tour member for any additional cost as a result of any increase to the price by providers, airport tax, etc.
